Breathing with the Herd

Fall into stillness and the silence between your breaths. Move beyond words into the healing and wise space of your own breath and the herd. In the presence of the herd, meet that which is alive within you and asking for deeper healing. Satya is a psychologist, yoga teacher and Certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator and Group Leader. Breathwork is central to her practices, for it not only facilitates healing of the physical body, heart and mind, but also serves an evolutionary function for the spirit.
