Fall into stillness and the silence between your breaths. Move beyond words into the healing and wise space of your own breath and the herd. In the presence of the herd, meet that which is alive within you and asking for deeper healing. Allow yourself to reset and reclaim parts of yourself that have been longing to be remembered - wanting to come home. Meet yourself in the liminal space of your own being.

  • Transformational Breathwork as the earth holds you
  • Receptive in the healing field of the Herd
